Examination Framework
All MSDU examinations are conducted in line with UGC's ODL & Online Programmes Regulations, 2020. The grading follows the Choice-Based Credit System (CBCS) and is fully aligned with NEP 2020 — credits earned can be deposited in the Academic Bank of Credits (ABC).
Continuous internal assessment carries 30% weight; term-end examinations carry the remaining 70%. A minimum of 40% in each component is required to pass.
Types of Examinations

Practical / Project Work
Live virtual labs, project submissions, and viva-voce sessions for technical and research-oriented programmes.

Held within 60 days of result publication for backlog or improvement candidates. Apply via the LMS.
