Data We Collect
Identity & Contact
Name, email, mobile, postal address, date of birth, photograph (for ID), and emergency contact details.
Academic Records
Previous qualifications, transcripts, entrance scores, programme of study, attendance, assignments, and exam results.
Financial Information
Fee payments, refund details, scholarship data, and bank/UPI references for transactions (handled by PCI-DSS-certified gateways).
Identity Documents
Aadhaar (masked), PAN, category certificates, mark sheets, and other documents required for admission and statutory verification.
Technical Data
Device, browser, IP address, cookies, LMS activity logs, and exam-proctoring telemetry (Argus AI) — used for security and quality assurance.
Wellness & Counselling
Booking metadata for counselling sessions. Session content is confidential between learner and counsellor and is not stored by the university.

Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:
- Statutory authorities (UGC, AICTE, NAD, ABC) where required by law.
- Payment gateways and certificate providers under contractual data-protection agreements.
- Approved partner platforms (SWAYAM, NPTEL) when you enroll in linked courses.
- Counsellors, mentors, and faculty strictly within the scope of providing your services.
