UGC Recognition

The University Grants Commission (UGC) is a statutory body established by the Government of India under the UGC Act, 1956. It coordinates, determines, and maintains the standards of higher education across India. A UGC-recognised university has the authority to award degrees that are valid and accepted nationwide.

MS Digital University has received formal recognition from the UGC, establishing it as a legitimate institution of higher learning authorised to offer undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma, and certificate programmes through the Online Learning (OL) and Open & Distance Learning (ODL) modes.
