Overview
Statutory committees are an essential pillar of how MS Digital University is governed. Constituted under the university's statutes and in accordance with UGC regulations and applicable laws, these committees play a critical role in maintaining standards, protecting rights, and ensuring the university remains a safe, inclusive, and accountable institution.
Each committee has a defined mandate, composition, and reporting line. Together, they cover the full spectrum of responsibilities — from learner welfare, safety, and equal opportunity to financial oversight, research ethics, and long-term planning. Their recommendations shape institutional policy and are reviewed by the Board of Management.
